How do I place an order?

I just place an order by error, can I cancel it?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. This is because we aim to dispatch all orders within 12 to 48 business hours after receiving the order. If you contact us after it has been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. But you can always return it to our US warehouse after you receive your package, thank you.

I placed an order but do not receive the confirmation email.

Why haven’t I received the order shipping information for a long time?
