Accept Returns?


Except as provided herein and subject to the limitations below, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at wt.support@wonderfultextile.com.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • We do not accept returns on international purchases.
  • To be eligible for a return. Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, unused and unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. You need to return these together to the order shipping warehouse address or they will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you.
  • If you return the product after 30 days from receipt, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • All returns require a tracking number to be provided on the same day. Failure to do so will result in a $50 processing fee imposed by the warehouse.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

How do I get a refund ?

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to your refund.

  • Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable.
 

Return Shipping Fee


Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item and selected return method.
 

My purchase is listed as a "clearance sale/final sale", can I return it?

 
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns of items marked with the Clearance/Sale label.
However, if there is a serious quality problem with Clearance/Sale item you purchased, please contact us immediately, we will do our best to provide you with the best solution.
 

Do you offer exchanges?

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
